If you are unhappy with your order and would like to return an item please contact us beforehand by email or phone,
Items must be returned to us within 14 days in the condition in which it arrived and in the original packaging. Please note that postal charges will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty.This does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend returns are sent via a tracked service as we we are not responsible for lost items.
Once items have been received we will contact you and confirm once your refund has been processed.
If your order/items arrive damaged you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We require you to send us images of the damaged parcel and items so we can take this up with the courier.
